We learned that youth in local shelters and detention centers had no formal way to celebrate their birthdays. so we decided to fix this!

Bake Their Day aspires to create birthday cakes for children and young adults living in shelters, foster and group homes, who would otherwise not receive one. 
 
While homeless, recovering from addiction and/or domestic violence, the seemingly simple gift of a birthday cake can make a huge impact by raising the self-esteem and confidence of the recipient.
 
We partner with local human and social services agencies to accomplish this mission.
